    We are hiring for the position of Confluence Administrator in Newark, CA.

  • Responsibilities

     
    • The Confluence Knowledge Architect is responsible for promoting and utilizing the company’s knowledge assets
    • Confluence Knowledge Architect is to create joint activities with customers and the company partners through workshops, meetings, training, etc
    • Strengthens connection to aid information exchange within Confluence
    • Gives support to establish unity in the organization
    • Implements new ideas
    • Executes info technology within the company
    • He/She designs and analyzes knowledge eco-system for easier distribution of information. Formulates action plans
    • Communicates with teams and manages multi-faceted projects.
    • Recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of the current knowledge base and creates improvement on them
    • Enhances and makes sure that the new knowledge base is managed in Confluence
    • Manage strategic projects like the Client Intranet Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
    • Capture and distill experience and insight for reuse to improve performance
    • Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
    • Provide internal training and consulting on KM concepts and methodologies
    • Plan, develop, stand up, support, and promote collaborative tools and techniques such as communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas
    • and work among internal teams and external partners
    • Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations
