  • Description

    • Minimum 10 - 15 years professional experience in the applicable role of Procurement Engineering, Manufacturing or Material Engineering
    • Experience interacting with BOM suppliers on the following types of parts or products: mechanical, electrical, electro mechanical
    • Experience reading blueprints/specifications and determining CTQ characteristics.
    • Experience/understanding of general requirements for the incoming inspection of components, supplies, finished goods.
    • Experience specifying certificate of analysis/conformance requirements.
    • Working knowledge of the QMS (21CFR820) preferred
    • Project Management or strong coordination skills preferred.
    • High energy, articulate, and works with a sense of urgency required
  • Desired Profile

     
    • B.S in Mechanical / Aerospace /Quality Engineer, First Article Inspection(FAI) / Receving Inspection / Remediation Engineer
    • Knowledge of cGMP, ISO and QSR requirements with a minimum of 10-15 years experience as a Recieving Inspection / Remediation Engineer.
    • Experience in regulated industry (ex. Medical, aerospace, automotive, etc.) a plus
    • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite
    • SAP experience required
  • Responsibilities

     
    • Update the purchasing spec with compliance to the requirement from Central Remediation Team
    • Coordinate with TPE team to complete the DFM review / alignment with external suppliers
    • Initiate EC relevant to the change of the purchase parts
    • Strong support to Central Remediation Team for relevant EC actions –
    • Complete the FAI report
    • Support SQE team to communicate with external suppliers in technical perspective to complete the CoC, CoA
    • Ensure the SCN (Specification Change Notification) implementation/handshake in/with supplier.
