    • Create/Streamline problem management process
    • Create/Streamline service desk enablement processes/activities
    • Create Problem Management KPIs/Metrics
    • Track problem lifecycle from Problem Creation to Production Deployment
    • Coordinate/Communicate problem management activities with stakeholders
    • Provide metrics analysis to stakeholders Partner Program Manager will work on defining and Aligning ITSM process and tools across companies
