    We are looking for the position of Salesforce Lead Architect in Phoenix AZ.

  • Desired Profile

    • The ideal candidate should have 8-10+ Years of experience and should be a Techno-Functional Salesforce resource
    • The candidate should ideally have lead / Ass. Architect level experience
    • This Resource should act as a core advisor and should have functional knowledge in Service Cloud and Community cloud
    • Should have good Salesforce Administrative skills and should understand delivery Standards
    • Should be able to provide solutions on different scenarios and should provide solutions by using different salesforce modules
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Community Cloud experience is MUST
    • Salesforce Certifications preferred
      Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
    • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its product ecosystem, with the ability to build apps with a good blend of declarative & coding techniques
    • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
    • Strong data management abilities
    • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
    • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
    • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Responsibilities

    • Serve as a Lead Architect on Salesforce Products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Community Cloud)
    • Work with the Solution Architect in setting delivery standards, governance policies and best practices
    • Architect technical solutions for business problems using the Salesforce Platform
    • Guide the system administrator on ensuring value add to the organization
    • Monitor & Assess regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrading code assets to ensure that they are on the latest versions
    • Manage, monitor and optimize integrations from External Systems (SAP, Mulesoft, AWS) to Salesforce to ensure maximum scalability
    • Coordinate on the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests along with the Architect Team
    • Work with the executive, business and IT teams to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
    • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
    • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
    • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
    • Ready to Travel to client location on need basis.
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
    • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
