    We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to serve as the primary liaison between IT and organizational stakeholders.

  • Desired Profile

     
    • Understand business and client needs, and translate them into requirements for design, implementation, and testing.
    • Be ‘hands-on’ and partner with IT teams, business subject matter experts, and project managers, and should build relationships across the SRNL.
    • Recognized by the team as an authority on coding/design and subsystems.
    • Supports Agile delivery, working with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.
    • Define and document clear blueprints, designs and requirements that result in the most effective business processes, operating models, and technology to positively transform the organization and our customers experiences.
    • Leads others in solving complex scientific and/or technical problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.
    • Requires strong leadership, understanding, and vision in determining and driving strategy.

    Basic Education Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in a related computer science discipline AND a minimum of 10 years of direct experience;
    A combination of education, professional certifications, AND a minimum of 10 years of direct experience may be used to meet educational requirements.

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in the following: Business/Systems Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, business relationship management, process documentation and reporting, software development lifecycle, asset management, service portfolio management, availability/capacity management, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), application architecture, Agile or Scrum framework, Project Management, issue tracking and team collaboration methodologies.
